Employment (Minimum Wage) (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Order 2010

THE MINISTER FOR SOCIAL SECURITY, in pursuance of Articles 16 and 104 of the Employment (Jersey) Law 2003[1], orders as follows –

1        Article 2 of the Employment (Minimum Wage) (Jersey) Order 2007 amended

In Article 2 of the Employment (Minimum Wage) (Jersey) Order 2007[2] –

(a)     in paragraph (1) for the amount “£6.08” there shall be substituted the amount “£6.20”;

(b)     in paragraph (2) for the amount “£4.56” there shall be substituted the amount “£4.65”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Employment (Minimum Wage) (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 1st April 2010.
