1        Taxation (Double Taxation) (Jersey) Regulations 2010 amended

In column 3 of the Schedule to the Taxation (Double Taxation) (Jersey) Regulations 2010[2] under the heading “Date of entry into force”, in the matter relating to Seychelles there is inserted the date “5th January 2017”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Taxation (Double Taxation) (Date in Force (Seychelles)) (Jersey) Order 2017 and shall come into force forthwith.
