THE MINISTER FOR INFRASTRUCTURE after consultation with the Connétables of St. Brelade, St. Clement,
Grouville, St. John and St. Saviour, makes this Order under Articles 21
and 84 of the Road Traffic
(Jersey) Law 1956 –
1 Road Traffic (Speed Limits)
(Jersey) Order 2003 amended
This Order amends the Road Traffic
(Speed Limits) (Jersey) Order 2003.
2 Schedule 1 (30 mph
speed limit) amended
In Schedule 1 –
(a) under the heading “St. Brelade” –
(i) after the entry “La
Route du Francfief” there is inserted –
“La Route du Petit Port (from La Route Orange to the junction with
La Route du Sud)”,
(ii) in the entry “La Rue de
la Sergenté” for “60” there is substituted “142”;
(b) for the entries under the
heading “St. Clement” there is substituted –
“La Grande Route de la Côte
La Grande Route de St. Clement
Green Road
La Grève d’Azette
Plat Douet Road
La Rue au Blancq

(c) under the heading
“Grouville” –
(i) before the entry “La

is deleted;

This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Speed Limits)
(Amendment No. 15) (Jersey) Order 2023 and comes into force on 22nd March
2023.
