THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 4, 7,
8, 10 and 16 of the Motor Vehicle Registration (Jersey) Law 1993[1], orders as follows –
1 Fees increased
In each provision of the Motor Vehicle
Registration (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1993[2] specified in column 1
of the following Table, for the amount specified in column 2 there is
substituted the amount specified in column 3.

2 Citation
and commencement
(1) This
Order may be cited as the Motor Vehicle Registration (General Provisions)
(Amendment No. 15) (Jersey) Order 2007.
(2) It
shall come into force on 1st February 2007.
