In the fourth column of the Schedule to the Taxation (Exchange of Information with Third Countries) (Jersey) Regulations 2008[2], under the heading “Date tax information exchange agreements came into force”, in the matter relating to Latvia there is inserted the date “1st March 2014”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Taxation (Exchange of Information with Third Countries) (Specified Date (Latvia)) (Jersey) Order 2014 and shall come into force on 1st March 2014.
