Employment (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Law 2014 (Appointed Day) Act 2015

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 14 of the Employment (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Law 2014[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Law

(1)     Articles 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12 of the Employment (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Law 2014[2] shall come into force on 1st April 2015.

(2)     The provisions of that Law that are not brought into force by paragraph (1) shall come into force on 1st September 2015.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Employment (Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Law 2014 (Appointed Day) Act 2015.
