THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS, in pursuance of Regulation 16A of the
Taxation (Exchange of Information with Third Countries) (Jersey) Regulations 2008[1], orders as follows –
1 Taxation (Exchange of Information with
Third Countries) (Jersey) Regulations 2008 amended
In the fourth column of the Schedule to the Taxation (Exchange of
Information with Third Countries) (Jersey) Regulations 2008[2] under the heading
“Date tax information exchange agreement came into force” –
(a) in
the matter relating to Austria, there is inserted the date “1st June 2013”;
(b) in
the matter relating to Korea, there is inserted the date
“21st November 2016”;
(c) in
the matter relating to Poland, there is inserted the date
“1st December 2012”;
(d) in
the matter relating to Romania, there is inserted the date “5th February 2016”.
2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as
the Taxation (Exchange of Information with Third Countries) (Date in Force
(Austria, Korea, Poland, Romania)) (Jersey) Order 2017 and shall come into
force forthwith.
