Competition (Jersey) Law 2005 (Appointed Day) Act 2005

Coming into force                                                          5th April 2005

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 64 of the Competition (Jersey) Law 2005,[1] have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Competition (Jersey) Law 2005

(1)     The Competition (Jersey) Law 2005,[2] other than Parts 2 and 3, shall come into force on 1st May 2005.

(2)     Parts 2 and 3 of the Law[3] shall come into force on 1st November 2005.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Competition (Jersey) Law 2005 (Appointed Day) Act 2005.
