(Amendment) (Jersey) Regulations 2006

THE STATES, in pursuance of Articles 7 and 72 of the Public Elections (Jersey) Law
2002[1], have made the following
Regulations –
1 Regulation
2 of Public Elections (Jersey) Regulations 2002 amended
After Regulation 2(1) of the Public
Elections (Jersey) Regulations 2002[2] there shall be inserted the
following paragraph –
“(1A) For the purposes of Article 7(1)(a) of the Law,
the prescribed form of statement is Form 1A.”.

1A inserted in Public Elections (Jersey) Regulations 2002
In the Schedule to the Public
Elections (Jersey) Regulations 2002 after Form 1 there shall be
inserted Form 1A in the Schedule to these Regulations.
3 Citation
and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Public Elections (Amendment) (Jersey)
Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 21st March 2006.
