THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 59
and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –
1 Road Traffic (Public Parking Places)
(Jersey) Order 2006 amended
In the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006[2] –
(a) in
Part 3 of Schedule 1, the words “Gas Place Car Park”
shall be deleted;
(b) in
Part 3 of Schedule 1, Part 1 of Schedule 2, Part 1 of
Schedule 3 and Schedule 4, the expression “STH7” shall be
deleted.

Traffic (Public Parking Places – Charges) (Jersey) Order 2010
amended
In the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places – Charges)
(Jersey) Order 2010[3], in Articles 4(b) and
5(2)(b) the expression “STH7” shall be deleted.
3 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as
the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places – Miscellaneous Amendments)
(Jersey) Order 2011 and shall come into force 7 days after it is
made.
