Loi (1914) sur la Voirie (Amendment) (Jersey) Regulations 2015

THE STATES, in pursuance of the Order in Council of 26th December 1851[1] and Article 47 of the Loi (1914) sur la Voirie[2], have made the following Regulations –

1        Amendment of the Loi (1914) sur la Voirie

In Articles 41(1)(c) and 45 of the Loi (1914) sur la Voirie[3], for the amount “£50” there is substituted the amount “£100”.

2        Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Loi (1914) sur la Voirie (Amendment) (Jersey) Regulations 2015 and come into force 7 days after they are made.
