Coming into force                                                 21st February 2012

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 35(2) of the Fire and Rescue Service (Jersey) Law 2011[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Law

The Fire and Rescue Service (Jersey) Law 2011[2] shall come into force on 1st March 2012.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Fire and Rescue Service (Jersey) Law 2011 (Appointed Day) Act 2012.
