THE MINISTER FOR INFRASTRUCTURE makes this Order under Articles 59 and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956 –
1 Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006 amended
This Order amends the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006.
2 Schedule 2 (maximum parking periods) amended
(1) In Schedule 2, Part 4 –
(a) for “ST07” there is substituted “STO7”;
(b) for “ST08” there is substituted “STO8”;
(c) “STS8A” and “STS11” are deleted.
(2) In Schedule 2, Part 13 –
(a) the second “STB3A” is deleted;
(b) after “STH31” there are inserted “STS8A” and “STS11”.
3 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Amendment Order 2024 and comes into force 7 days after it is made.
