Extradition (Designated Territories) (Jersey) Regulations 2005

Coming into force                                                        21st April 2005

THE STATES, in pursuance of Articles 6 and 120 of the Extradition (Jersey) Law 2004,[1] have made the following Regulations –

1        Designated territories of the first category

The territories specified in the Schedule to these Regulations are specified as territories in Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Extradition (Jersey) Law 2004.[2]

2        Citation and commencement

(1)     These Regulations may be cited as the Extradition (Designated Territories) (Jersey) Regulations 2005.

(2)     These Regulations shall come into force on the day after they are made.
