THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 21
and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –
1 Interpretation
In this Order “principal Order” means the Road
Traffic (Speed Limits) (Jersey) Order 2003[2].
2 Schedule 1 amended
In Schedule 1 to the principal Order –
(a) in the entries under
the heading “St. Brelade” –
(i) the entries for “Charing
Cross” and “La Petite Route des Mielles” are deleted,
(ii) for the entry for “Le Mont
les Vaux”, there is substituted the following entry –
“Le Mont les Vaux (from La Grande
Route de St. Brelade to a point 55 yards north of Le Chemin des
Pietons)”,
(iii) for the entry for “La Neuve
Route”, there is substituted the following entry –
“La Neuve Route (from

5 Citation and
commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Speed Limits)
(Amendment No. 8) (Jersey) Order 2014 and shall come into force 7 days
after the day on which it is made.
