Lawrence) (Amendment No. 19) (Jersey)

THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 62 and
84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], and after consultation with the
Connétable of Saint Lawrence, orders as follows –

3 amended
In Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic (Saint Lawrence) (Jersey)
Order 1990[2], in Part 1 –
(a) after
the entry in the second column opposite the item “Le Mont Cambrai”
there shall be inserted the following entries –
“North side (between a
point 57 yards east of its junction with the entrance road to La Vallette
and a point 152 yards further east).
East and South Side (between
its junction with La Rue de Haut and the entrance to the property
‘Rockvale’).”;
(b) for
the 3rd and 4th entries in the second column opposite the item
“St. Aubin’s Road” there shall be substituted the following
entries –
“South side (between a
point 15 yards east of the main gate entrance to Coronation Park and a
point 10 yards west of the eastern boundary of Millbrook Playing Fields).
South side (between a point
15 yards east of the western boundary of Millbrook Playing Fields, west to
the eastern boundary of Bel Royal Terrace).”.
2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as
the Road Traffic (Saint Lawrence) (Amendment No. 19) (Jersey) Order 2006
and shall come into force 7 days after it is made.
