Provisions) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2012

THE MINISTER FOR HOME AFFAIRS, in pursuance of Articles 3 and 57 of
the Firearms (Jersey) Law 2000[1], and after consultation with the
Comité des Connétables, orders as follows –
1 Interpretation
In this Order “form” means the form set out in Schedule 1
to the Firearms (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 2011[2] entitled “Application
for Grant, Etc. of Firearm Certificate”.
2 Form
in Schedule 1 amended
In Schedule 1 to the Firearms (General Provisions) (Jersey)
Order 2011[3], in the form under “Part B
Referees”, for the words “you will be required to demonstrate your
prior knowledge of firearms and that you hold a certificate or other authority”,
there are substituted the words “you will be required to demonstrate your
prior knowledge of firearms or that you hold a certificate or other
authority”.
3 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Firearms (General Provisions) (Amendment)
(Jersey) Order 2012 and shall come into force 7 days after it is
made.
