(St. Helier) (Amendment No. 28) (Jersey)

THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 64
and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –
1 Article 32
amended
For Article 32(1) of the
Road Traffic (St. Helier) (Jersey) Order 1996[2] there shall be substituted the following paragraph –
“(1) Subject
to paragraph (2), the fee payable for –
(a) a resident’s parking permit in relation to the
Cheapside Zone, the St. Mark’s Zone or the St. Thomas’
Zone shall be £266;
(b) a resident’s parking permit in relation to the
Richmond Road Zone shall be £133; or
(c) a business parking permit in relation to any one zone shall
be £199.”.
2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (St. Helier)
(Amendment No. 28) (Jersey) Order 2014 and shall come into force on
1st May 2014.
