(Disabled Persons) (Parking) (Amendment No. 10)
(Jersey) Order 2017

THE MINISTER FOR INFRASTRUCTURE, in pursuance of Articles 63 and 84
of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], and after consultation with the
Connétables of Grouville, St. Helier and St. Saviour, orders
as follows –

1 amended
In Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic (Disabled Persons) (Parking)
(Jersey) Order 2002[2] –
(a) the headings and entry relating to Grouville are deleted;
(b) in
the entry relating to St. Helier, in the item relating to Halkett Place under
the heading “parking places – 4 hour
limit” –
(i) in
the first entry for the words “2 yards south of the northern
boundary of No. 51” there are substituted the words
“37 yards north of Waterloo Street”, and
(ii) in the third entry for the figure “10” there is
substituted the figure “15”;
(c) in the entry relating to St. Saviour for the heading
“Parking places – 4 hour limit” there is
substituted the heading “Parking places – unlimited
duration”.

and commencement
This Order may be cited as
the Road Traffic (Disabled Persons) (Parking) (Amendment No. 10) (Jersey)
Order 2017 and shall come into force 7 days after it is made.
