THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 9(2) of the Restriction on Smoking (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 2006[1], have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Law

The provisions of the Restriction on Smoking (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 2006, apart from Article 8, shall come into force one month after this Act is made.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Restriction on Smoking (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 2006 (Appointed Day) Act 2006.
