THE MINISTER FOR INFRASTRUCTURE, in pursuance of Articles 59 and 84 of
the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –
1 Interpretation
In this Order “principal Order” means the Road Traffic
(Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006[2].
2 Schedule
1 amended
In Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the principal Order, in the
entry relating to “Parish Hall, car park alongside”, for the word
“alongside” there are substituted the words “at front”.
3 Schedule
2 amended
(1) In
Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the principal Order there is deleted the
entry “STO1”.
(2) In
Part 4 of Schedule 2 to the principal Order after the entry “STMN13” there is inserted the entry “STO1”.
4 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as
the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Amendment No. 13) (Jersey)
Order 2018 and shall come into force 7 days after the day it is made.
