1        Article 4 of the Social Security (General Benefit) (Jersey) Order 1975 amended

In Article 4(1) of the Social Security (General Benefit) (Jersey) Order 1975[2] after the words “Part 1” there shall be inserted the words “, Part 1A”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Social Security (General Benefit) (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Order 2013 and shall come into force on 26th March 2013.
