Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) (Jersey) Law 2000 (Appointed Day) Act 2003

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 48 of the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) (Jersey) Law 2000,[1] have made the following Act –

1        Commencement of Law

The Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) (Jersey) Law 2000 shall come into force on 2nd June 2003.

2        Citation

This Act may be cited as the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) (Jersey) Law 2000 (Appointed Day) Act 2003.
