THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 2 of the Public Elections (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law 2008[1], have made the following Act –

1        Law commenced

The Public Elections (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law 2008[2] shall come into force on 1st April 2008.

2        Citation and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Public Elections (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law 2008 (Appointed Day) Act 2008 and shall come into force on the day that it is made.
