                THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 75(2) of the Public Elections (Jersey) Law 2002,[1] have made the following Act -

                1.      The Public Elections (Jersey) Law 2002, except Articles 6(6),[2] 7(1)-(3)[3] and (5), 12(2)(b)[4] and 20(5)-(7),[5] shall come into force on 5th June 2002.

                2.      This Act may be cited as the Public Elections (Jersey) Law 2002 (Appointed Day) Act 2002.
