Public Elections (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Regulations 2008

Coming into force                                                          1st April 2008

THE STATES, in pursuance of Articles 7 and 72 of the Public Elections (Jersey) Law 2002[1], have made the following Regulations –

1        Schedule to the Public Elections (Jersey) Regulations 2002 amended

In the Schedule to the Public Elections (Jersey) Regulations 2002[2], in the ‘Instructions to Applicants’ included in Form 2, in paragraph 2.(a), for the words “18 years” there shall be substituted the words “16 years”.

2        Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Elections (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 1st April 2008.
