THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 64
and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as
follows –
1 Road Traffic (St. Helier) (Jersey)
Order 1996 amended
For Article 32(1) of the Road Traffic (St. Helier)
(Jersey) Order 1996[2] there shall be substituted
the following paragraph –
“(1) Subject to paragraph (2),
the fee payable –
(a) for a
resident’s parking permit –
(i) in relation to the Cheapside Zone, the St. Mark’s
Zone or the St. Thomas’ Zone, shall be £293, and
(ii) in relation to the Richmond Road Zone, shall be £146;
and
(b) for a business
parking permit, in relation to any one zone, shall be £219.”.

and commencement
This Order may be cited as
the Road Traffic (St. Helier) (Amendment No. 30) (Jersey)
Order 2015 and shall come into force on 1st May 2015.
