Control of Borrowing (Amendment No. 16) (Jersey) Order 2015

THE CHIEF MINISTER, in pursuance of Article 2 of the Control of Borrowing (Jersey) Law 1947[1], and on the recommendation of the Jersey Financial Services Commission, orders as follows –

1        Article 6 amended

In Article 6(1)(b) of the Control of Borrowing (Jersey) Order 1958[2], for the words “wives, husbands, widows or widowers” there shall be substituted the words “spouses, civil partners, surviving spouses or surviving civil partners,”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Control of Borrowing (Amendment No. 16) (Jersey) Order 2015 and shall come into force on the day after it is made.
