1        Amendment of dates in connection with electoral register

In Article 7 of the Public Elections (Jersey) Law 2002[2] –

(a)     in paragraph (2) for the word “June” there is substituted the word “November”;

(b)     in paragraph (3)(c) for the word “July” there is substituted the word “December”.

2        Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Elections (Amendment of Law) (Jersey) Regulations 2017 and shall come into force 7 days after they are made.
