(General Provisions) (Amendment No. 10)
(Jersey) Order 2013

Coming into force in
accordance with Article 3
THE MINISTER FOR SOCIAL SECURITY, in pursuance of Articles 7 and 18
of the Income Support (Jersey) Law 2007[1], orders as follows –
1 Interpretation
In this Order “principal Order”
means the Income Support (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 2008[2].
2 Schedule
2 amended
(1) In paragraph 5(f)
of Schedule 2 to the principal Order, for the amount
“£45.08” there shall be substituted the amount
“£47.67”.
(2) In
paragraph 5(g) of Schedule 2 to the principal Order, for the amount
“£29.05” there shall be substituted the amount
“£30.73”.
(3) After
paragraph 5(g) of Schedule 2 to the principal Order there shall be
inserted the following sub-paragraph –
“(ga) 100% of the 2013 old age pension
adjustment paid under Article 25A of the Social Security (Jersey) Law 1974[3].”.
3 Citation
and commencement
(1) This
Order may be cited as the Income Support (General Provisions) (Amendment
No. 10) (Jersey) Order 2013.
(2) Article
2(1) and (2) shall come into force on 16th May 2013.
(3) The
remainder of this Order shall come into force 7 days after it is made.
