(Jersey) Order 2010

THE MINISTER FOR HOME AFFAIRS, in pursuance of Article 6(3) of the
Terrorism (Jersey) Law 2002[1], orders as follows –
1 Schedule
1 to the Terrorism (Jersey) Law 2002 amended
In Schedule 1 to the
Terrorism (Jersey) Law 2002[2] –
(a) for the name “Lashkar e
Tayyaba.” there shall be substituted the following names –
“Lashkar e Tayyaba (also known as Jama’at ud
Da’wa).”;
(b) after the name “Jammat-ul Mujahideen
Bangladesh.” there shall be inserted the following name –

and commencement
This Order may be cited as
the Terrorism (Proscribed Organizations) (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Order
2010 and shall come into force 7 days after it is made.
