(Jersey) Order 2013

THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 64
and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –
1 Article 32 amended
For Article 32(1) of the Road Traffic (St. Helier)
(Jersey) Order 1996[2] there shall be substituted
the following paragraph –
“(1) Subject to paragraph (2),
the fee payable for –
(a) a resident’s parking permit in
relation to the Cheapside Zone, the St. Mark’s Zone or the
St. Thomas’ Zone shall be £242;
(b) a resident’s parking permit in
relation to the Richmond Road Zone shall be £121; or
(c) a business parking permit in relation to any
one zone shall be £181.50.”.

and commencement
This Order may be cited as
the Road Traffic (St. Helier) (Amendment No. 27) (Jersey) Order 2013
and shall come into force on 1st May 2013.
