In the fourth column of the Schedule to the Taxation (Exchange of Information with Third Countries) (Jersey) Regulations 2008[2] under the heading “Date tax information exchange agreement came into force”, in the matter relating to Ireland there shall be inserted the date “5th May 2010”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Taxation (Exchange of Information with Third Countries) (Specified Date (Ireland)) (Jersey) Order 2010 and shall come into force forthwith.
