(Public Parking Places – Miscellaneous Amendments No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2014

THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 59
and 84 of
the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –
1 Road Traffic (Public Parking Places)
(Jersey) Order 2006 amended
In the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places)
(Jersey) Order 2006[2] –
(a) in Article 1(1),
in paragraph (b) of the definition “controlling body”, after
the word “STB29,” there is inserted the word “STHA3,”;
(b) in Part 3
of Schedule 1 –
(i) in
Column 1, after the entry “Charles Street Car Park”, there is
inserted the entry “D’Auvergne School Car Park”,
(ii) in
Column 1, after the entry “La Route du Fort, Cleveland Road Car Park”,
there is inserted the entry “Les Jardins Car Park”,
(iii) in
Column 2, after the entry “STHA2”, there is inserted the entry
“STHA3”,
(iv) in
Column 2, after the entry “STH13”, there is inserted the entry
“STH13A”;
(c) in Schedule 2 –
(i) in
Part 1, after the entry “STH13”, there is inserted the entry
“STH13A”,
(ii) in
Part 4 the entry “STB3A” is deleted,
(iii) in
Part 4, after the entry “STB29”, there is inserted the entry
“STHA3”,
(iv) after
Part 12 there is added the following Part –
The maximum parking period in
respect of the following parking places is a total period of 3 hours in
any continuous period of 24 hours. A valid parking disc must be displayed on
the vehicle during the period when it is parked there.

inserted the entry “STH13A”;
(e) in Schedule 4 –
(i) after
the entry “STHA1A”, there is inserted the entry “STH13A”,
(ii) for

(iii) for
the entry “STM5”, there is substituted the entry
“STMN5”.

Traffic (Public Parking Places – Charges) (Jersey) Order 2010
amended
In the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places – Charges) (Jersey)
Order 2010[3], in Articles 4(b) and 5(2)(b),
after the entry “STH13”, there is inserted the entry
“STH13A”.
3 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Public Parking
Places – Miscellaneous Amendments No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2014
and comes into force 7 days after it is made.
