force 29th April 2021
THE STATES make this Act under Article 2 of the Public
Holidays and Bank Holidays (Jersey) Law 1951[1] –
1 Public Holidays and Bank Holidays (Jersey) Act 2010 amended
For the text in
Part 2 of the Schedule to the Public Holidays and Bank Holidays (Jersey)
Act 2010[2] there is
substituted –
“2021:
250th Anniversary of the Code of 1771
Monday 27th September 2021 is to be observed as a public holiday.”.
2 Citation and
commencement
This Act may be cited as
the Public Holidays and Bank Holidays (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Act 2021 and
comes into force 7 days after it is made.
