Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006 amended
This Order amends the Road Traffic
(Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006.
2 Schedule 2 (maximum parking periods)
amended
(1) In
Part 1 of Schedule 2 the entry “STH32” is
deleted.
(2) After
Part 18 of Schedule 2 there is inserted –
The maximum parking period in respect of the following parking place
between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. on any day is 2 hours during any one
visit. A valid parking disc and a valid permit must be displayed on the vehicle
during the period when it is parked there. A vehicle cannot be parked in the
parking place less than one hour after the end of its last visit.

3 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Amendment
No. 19) (Jersey) Order 2023 and comes into force 7 days after it is
made.
