Financial Services (Trust Company Business (Exemptions No. 2)) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2008

THE MINISTER FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, in pursuance of Articles 4(1)(a)(i), 7(2)(a)(ii) and 42 of the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998[1] and on the recommendation of the Jersey Financial Services Commission, orders as follows –

1        Schedule to Order amended

In paragraph 2 of the Schedule to the Financial Services (Trust Company Business (Exemptions No. 2)) (Jersey) Order 2000[2], after the words “a permit granted under” there shall be inserted the words “, or by a certificate holder under,”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Financial Services (Trust Company Business (Exemptions No. 2)) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2008 and shall come into force on the same day as the Collective Investment Funds (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Law 2008.
