MISUSE OF DRUGS (MODIFICATION) (JERSEY) ORDER 2002

                THE HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 3 and 25 of the Misuse of Drugs (Jersey) Law 1978,[1] as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the Law”), and after consultation with the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, orders as follows -

                1.      The Second Schedule to the Law shall be amended in Part III by adding after paragraph 9[2] the following paragraph -

“10.   Gammahydroxybutyrate.”.

                2.      This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Modification) (Jersey) Order 2002 and shall come into force forthwith.
