(Disabled Persons) (Parking) (Amendment No. 2)
(Jersey) Order 2004

THE ENVIRONMENT AND PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 33A and
42 of the Road
Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956,[1] orders as follows –
1 Schedule
1 amended
In Schedule 1 to the Road
Traffic (Disabled Persons) (Parking) (Jersey) Order 2002,[2] in the table relating to St.
Helier –
(a) after
the item “Broad Street” in the first column and the entry in the
second column opposite that item, there shall be inserted the following item
and entry –
“Caledonia Place
|
East side (between a point 51 yards north of La Route du Fort
and the Ordnance Yard)”;
|
(b) for
the item “Don Street” in the first column and the entry in the
second column opposite that item, there shall be substituted the following item
and entry –
“Don Street
|
West side (between the
southern boundary of No. 33 and a point 18 yards north)”.

2 Citation
and commencement
This Order
may be cited as the Road Traffic (Disabled Persons) (Parking) (Amendment
No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2004 and shall come into force 7 days after it
is made.
