Road Traffic (Disabled Persons) (Parking) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2004

THE ENVIRONMENT AND PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 33A and 42 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956,[1] orders as follows –

1        Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic (Disabled Persons) (Parking) (Jersey) Order 2002,[2] in the table relating to St. Helier –

(a)     after the item “Broad Street” in the first column and the entry in the second column opposite that item, there shall be inserted the following item and entry –

 

“Caledonia Place

East side (between a point 51 yards north of La Route du Fort and the Ordnance Yard)”;

(b)     for the item “Don Street” in the first column and the entry in the second column opposite that item, there shall be substituted the following item and entry –

 

“Don Street

West side (between the southern boundary of No. 33 and a point 18 yards north)”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Disabled Persons) (Parking) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2004 and shall come into force 7 days after it is made.
