Health Care (Registration) (Prescribed Qualifications) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2005

Coming into force                                                            1st July 2005

THE HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 3 and 17 of the Health Care (Registration) (Jersey) Law 1995,[1] orders as follows –

1        Schedule amended

In the Health Care (Registration) (Prescribed Qualifications) (Jersey) Order 2003,[2] in the Schedule, after the entry numbered 10 (which relates to radiographers) there shall be inserted the following entry –

 

“10A.

Entry as a specialist community public health nurse in the register established and maintained under article 5 of the Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001 of the United Kingdom

Specialist community public health nurse”

2        Citation and commencement

(1)     This Order may be cited as the Health Care (Registration) (Prescribed Qualifications) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2005.

(2)     This Order shall come into force on 1st July 2005.
