THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS makes this Order under Article 53 of the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Jersey) Law 2019[1] –

1        Commencement of Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Jersey) Law 2019

The Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Jersey) Law 2019[2] comes into force on 19th July 2019.

2        Citation

This Order may be cited as the Sanctions and Asset-Freezing (Jersey) Law 2019 (Commencement) (Jersey) Order 2019.
