MISUSE OF DRUGS (DESIGNATION) (AMENDMENT No. 4) (JERSEY) ORDER 2002

                THE HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 10 and 25 of the Misuse of Drugs (Jersey) Law 1978,[1] as amended, and after consultation with the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, orders as follows –

                1.      In paragraph (1)(a) of the Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) (Jersey) Order 1989,[2] as amended,[3] after the item “Etryptamine” there shall be inserted the item “Gammahydroxybutyrate”.

                2.      This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Order 2002 and shall come into force forthwith.
