(Disabled Persons) (Parking) (Amendment No. 4) (Jersey) Order 2006

THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 63, 64
and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], and after consultation with the
Connétable of St. Helier, orders as follows –
1 Schedule 1 amended
In Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic (Disabled Persons)
(Parking) (Jersey) Order 2002[2] –
(a) in
the item “Broad Street” in column 1, there shall be substituted for
the entry opposite in column 2 the following entry –
“North side (between a
point 50 yards east of the western boundary of No. 36 Broad Street and a point
11 yards further east)”;
(b) after
the item “Parade, The (eastern arm)” in column 1 and the entry
opposite in column 2 there shall be inserted, in column 1, the following item
and, in column 2 opposite, the following entries –
“Parade, The (western arm)

West side (between a point 10 yards north of the northern boundary
of the Town Hall and a point 12 yards further north)”.

West side (between a point 99 yards north of its junction with
Gloucester Street and a point 13 yards further north)”.

and commencement
(1) This
Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Disabled Persons) (Parking) (Amendment
No. 4) (Jersey) Order 2006.
(2) This
Order shall come into force 7 days after it is made.
