Terrorism (Proscribed Organizations) (Amendment No. 10) (Jersey) Order 2015

THE MINISTER FOR HOME AFFAIRS, in pursuance of Article 6(3) of the Terrorism (Jersey) Law 2002[1], orders as follows –

1        Schedule 1 to the Terrorism (Jersey) Law 2002 amended

In Schedule 1 to the Terrorism (Jersey) Law 2002[2], after the name “Jund al Khalifa-Algeria (JaK-A) (which translates as Soldiers of the Caliphate).” there shall be added the following names –

“Haqqani Network (HQN).

Jamaat ul-Ahrar (JuA).”.

2        Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Proscribed Organizations) (Amendment No. 10) (Jersey) Order 2015 and shall come into force on the day after the day it is made.
