THE MINISTER FOR INFRASTRUCTURE, in pursuance of Articles 59 and 84 of
the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –
1 Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006 amended
In the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006[2] –
(a) in
Part 11 of Schedule 1 after the entry relating to “Oakfield
Sports Centre Car Park” there shall be added the following
entry –

“Rue des Prés Trading Estate Car Park
|
STS10”;
|
(b) in
Part 4 of Schedule 2 after the entry “STS7”
there shall be inserted the entry “STS10”;
(c) in
Part 1 of Schedule 3 after the entry “STB22”
there shall be added the entry “STS10”.

Traffic (Public Parking Places – Charges) (Jersey) Order 2017
amended
In Article 3(1) of the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places –
Charges) (Jersey) Order 2017[3] after the entry “STB22” there shall be added the entry “STS10”.
3 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as
the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Rue des Prés Trading Estate
Car Park) (Jersey) Order 2017 and shall come into force on 30th May 2017.
