Misuse of Drugs
(Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2006
Made 16th June 2006
Coming into force 14th
July 2006
THE MINISTER FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 3 and
27 of the Misuse of Drugs (Jersey) Law 1978[1], and on the recommendation of the
Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, orders as follows –
1 Schedule 2 amended
In Schedule 2 of the Misuse of Drugs (Jersey)
Law 1978, in Part 3, after the entry “Haloxazolam” there shall be
inserted the following entry –
“Ketamine”.
2 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) (Jersey)
Order 2006 and shall come into force 4 weeks after it is made.
