TELECOMMUNICATIONS (JERSEY) LAW 2002 (APPOINTED DAY) ACT 2002

                THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 68 of the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law 2002,[1] have made the following Act -

 

                1.      The following provisions of the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law 2002 shall come into force on 1st July 2002 -

 

                (a)     Parts 1, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8;[2]

 

                (b)     Articles 54 - 61, 63 - 65 and 68;[3]

 

                (c)     Article 67, to the extent that it relates to paragraph 7 of Schedule 2;[4]

 

                (d)     Schedule 2, to the extent of paragraph 7.[5]

 

                2.      This Act may be cited as the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law 2002 (Appointed Day) Act 2002.
