THE ENVIRONMENT AND PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 33 and
42 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956,[1] and after consultation with the
Connétable of Saint Lawrence, orders as follows –
1 Interpretation
In this Order “principal Order”
means the Road Traffic (Saint Lawrence) (Jersey) Order 1990.[2]
2 Third
Schedule amended
In the Third Schedule to the principal Order, in Part I –
(a) for
the 3rd entry in the 2nd column opposite the item “La Route de
l’Eglise” there shall be substituted the following
entry –
“West side (between the
northern boundary of the property ‘Abbey Gate’ and a point 78 yards
north).”;
(b) for
the 4th entry in the 2nd column opposite the item “Rue de Haut”
there shall be substituted the following item –
“South side (between a
point opposite the western entry to the property ‘Cossipore’ and a
point 286 yards east).”.
3 Citation
and commencement
This Order may be cited as
the Road Traffic (Saint Lawrence) (Amendment No. 18) (Jersey) Order 2005
and shall come into force on 14th June 2005.
