(Registration) (Prescribed Qualifications) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2006

THE MINISTER FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 3 and
17 of the Health Care (Registration) (Jersey) Law 1995[1], orders as follows –
1 Schedule amended
In the Health Care (Registration) (Prescribed Qualifications)
(Jersey) Order 2003[2], in the Schedule after the
entry numbered 5 (which relates to dietitians) there shall be inserted the
following items and entries –
“5A.

Entry as a midwife in the register established and maintained
under article 5 of the Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001 of the United Kingdom
|
Midwife
|
5B.
|
Entry as a registered nurse: first level, or a registered nurse:
second level, in the register established and maintained under article 5 of
the Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001 of the United Kingdom
|
Nurse”.

2 Citation
and commencement
(1) This
Order may be cited as the Health Care (Registration) (Prescribed
Qualifications) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2006.
(2) This
Order shall come into force 7 days after it is made.
