THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Articles 63, 64
and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956[1], and after consultation with the
Connétable of St. Helier, orders as follows –
1 Amendment of Schedule 1
In Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic (Disabled Persons)
(Parking) (Jersey) Order 2002[2], in the matter relating to
the parish of St. Helier, and immediately before the heading “Parking
places – 1 hour limit” there shall be inserted the following
matter –
“Parking places - 2 hour limit

West Park Avenue
|
South side (between a point 5 yards north-east of the northern
boundary of No. 33 West Park Avenue and a point 6 yards south-west)”.

and commencement
(1) This
Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Disabled Persons) (Parking) (Amendment
No. 7) (Jersey) Order 2008.
(2) This
Order shall come into force on the fourteenth day after it is made.
